Amaira Dhawan is an 11th grade student at the Oberoi International School, Mumbai where she is studying Biology, Psychology, Economics, English, Mathematics and Spanish. She is passionate about the intersection between psychology and biology, which has led her to pursue numerous academic endeavors in this field including the Summer@Brown Psychopathology Program as well as competitions such as the British Psychology Olympiad. Amaira’s vision for Little Learners came from her observations within her society as well as her knowledge of the importance of holistic development in young children under the age of eight. Amaira is also an avid squash player and enjoys using her free time to pursue photography.
